For our EU office in Berlin or home office based in Madrid, Barcelona or Milan, we are looking for a:

Enterprise Sales Director (m/f/x) Italy / Spain

These will be your tasks

  • Drive sales growth in our EU enterprise business by:
  • Leading and managing a team of six Enterprise Account Executives for the markets Italy, Spain, Benelux & Nordics
  • Acting as a “deal captain / executive sponsor” for important deals
  • Aligning with our VP Sales Europe on forecasting and sales strategy
  • Working with your team and our VP Sales to analyze our enterprise client portfolio (both prospects and existing accounts) to define action points on how to enter and expand the accounts
  • Working with our internal Sales Trainer to identify and address training needs in your team
  • You will report directly to our VP Sales Europe and work closely with our Sales Trainer and our VP of Customer Success Europe

You're offering these qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in international B2B-Sales. At least 5 of these years with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • 3+ years of talent management experience for teams in Sales
  • Experience working in or alongside the SaaS-industry, the digital economy or within solution sales in an IT related field is a must
  • Driven, motivated and results oriented mindset
  • Efficient communication to both a range of executives and employees
  • Fluency in spoken and written communications in English as well as both Italian and Spanish
